Matt, Austin and I all run tubeless and non of us have ever looked back. we have the puncture weed problem so we had to run tubes+slime so it saves us a bit of weight. I've had minimal problems and all my problems would be solved if i just followed directions and got a wire bead tire. as for air leaking, i would say about once a month or so i pump them up and every 3 months i add some goo if i feel like it. i would say go for it.

Ha I wish I banked on the race, I made my money back and that was it. got the deemax's off ebay for $250 shipped, and I sold my old 66 for 300 so it worked out well.

Quick question, you were saying how the fork might be binded up with something. when i was looking at my bottom out i loosened up the nob so i could see where it was, So it is probably not aligned with the spring correctly?

yeah he's a cocky son of a bitch, you should've seen him head up to the podium before they called his name this weekend. I wanted to throw my crank at him, but he is f*ckin good

DHstinkySPOT wrote
Mar 29, 2009 at 22:30
yeah i saw, I got up to the course not planning on racing but kyle and will and adam talked me into it, so i had to get dressed and do a run through between 11.30 and 12 so i really only got to glance at the course. I had a really clean fast run until i missed the big rock step up which i hit perfectly in practice, then I also took the slow long easy out around the seattle line instead of the rock one to the left because someone said that would be closed for sport class (which it wasn't), I wasn't happy with my time but i know it should've and could've been better
